Japanese automobile giant Honda has flagged off its 'Longest Drive Through Amazing India'. They plan to cover a distance in excess of 23,000 kilometres and will pass through almost 250 Indian towns.
The journey began in Jodhpur and is scheduled to come to an end in Greater Noida. The drive has been planned across a picturesque landscape. Honda has organised this drive to celebrate their success in India.
Jnaneswar Sen, Senior Vice President, Marketing & Sales, Honda Cars India Ltd flagged off the event and said, "Honda Amaze has witnessed great success in the Indian market and the sales milestone further reiterates that we have been able to meet up with the market expectations through our customer-centric innovation approach."
He further added, "We are celebrating this success by organizing the ‘Longest Drive through Amazing India' initiative which is a part of Honda's "Amazingly Indian" campaign. The drive will traverse through mountainous terrains, coastlines, flat highways, congested city roads and the interiors of India showcasing the durability and reliability of Honda Amaze through this diverse terrain."
Honda has organised the 'Longest Drive Through Amazing India', as part of its 'Amazingly Indian' campaign. The drivers will meet several customers and owners en route. Honda owners are welcomed to even participate in the drive,if they wish too.
Honda offers its Amaze in both petrol and diesel engine options. The Japanese built vehicle has won 'Car of the Year' and 'Compact Sedan of the Year' awards, along with several more. The starting price for their petrol Amaze is INR 5,00,000 ex-showroom, New Delhi. The diesel powered Amaze begins from INR 5,98,000 ex-showroom, New Delhi.
