World’s First Lamborghini Centenario Roadster Delivered To Customer
Lamborghini has delivered the world's first Centenario Roadster to the customer in the US.
Italian supercar manufacturer Lamborghini has delivered the world’s first Centenario Roadster in the Unites States. The automaker had also already delivered its hardtop sibling in the US.
The Centenario Roadster and its hardtop sibling were built to celebrate the 100th birthday of Lamborghini’s founder Feruccio Lamborghini. The car maker will build only 40 examples, 20 coupes and 20 roadster models.
All the 40 examples have been sold out. Out of the two models, the Roadster is the most expensive one. The Centenario Roadster costs 2.4 million dollars, whereas the hardtop variant costs 2.2 million dollars.
The first Lamborghini Centenario Roadster delivered sports glossy bare carbon fibre body and yellow accents. The car gets silver wheels and black brake callipers. The car was delivered to a customer by Lamborghini Beverly Hills in California.
The Centenario Roadster draws power from a 6.5-liter V12 engine producing 770bhp. The engine is paired to a 7-speed gearbox. The car can take off from 0-100 in just 2.7 seconds before topping out at 350km/h.
DriveSpark Thinks!
The Lamborghini Centenario and Centenario Roadster are the rarest supercars you will find on earth. And it's not a surprise that all the 40 examples are sold out. The first hardtop variant was also delivered in the US, and now the Roadster variant also goes to the American market.
