The Symphony Of Engine Music — The 5 Best Sounding Porsches
German car manufacturer Porsche has released a new video showcasing the five best sounding Porsches ever built. The first position goes to the Carrera GT.
German automaker Porsche is known for its iconic performance cars. Not only the car looks great, but it sounds sweet too. Several car manufacturers have tried to replicate the sound of a Porsche, but no one could match the engine sound.
Porsche cars often produce that distinctive engine sound which is unmatched by anyone in the automobile industry. Now Porsche has released a video of five best sounding cars it has ever produced.
The fifth position goes to Porsche 911 Carrera RS 2.7. The legendary 550 Spyder occupies the fourth position. Despite the small 1.5-litre engine, the Spyder produces a punchy note.
The third position goes to the latest generation of the 911, the 911 GT3 RS. The high-revving 4-litre six-cylinder engine delivers a unique engine noise which is music to the ears.
The Porsche 918 Spyder takes the second position in the list. The 4.6-litre V8 engine delivers a throaty engine sound. The engine combined with the hybrid powertrain pumps out a massive 887bhp.
One of the finest sounding Porsche is the Carrera GT, and it is rightfully in the first position. The 612bhp 5.7-litre V10 engine is considered as the best sounding Porsche.
