Tata Motors Showcases The Tiago Aktiv; India Launch Soon
Tata Motors has showcased the Tiago Aktive at an event in Mumbai, the crossover variant of the Tiago will be soon launched in the Indian market.
The Tiago hatchback from Tata Motors has been a successful product in the Indian market. It has given an opportunity to the Indian automaker to regain its lost ground in the country.
Previously Tata Motors showcased the Zica Aktiv at the 2016 Auto Expo and now the carmaker has showcased the Aktiv version of the Tiago hatchback at an event in Mumbai.
The Tiago Aktiv is a crossover version of the Tiago hatchback, according to reports it will be launched in India in the near future. Although mechanically the car is expected to be the same as its regular version.
On the exterior, the Tiago Aktiv features black cladding at the lower end of the front and rear bumper, silver bash plate, side body cladding, black shaded roof and ORVMs, silver finished roof rails and gunmetal alloy wheels.
The interior of the Tiago Aktiv features exterior colour coordinated panels and leather seats. Apart from that, there are no major changes compared to the current model.
Compared to the concept version showcased at the Auto Expo, the Tiago Aktiv misses out on decals and machined alloy wheels. The Tiago Aktiv might be offered in both petrol and diesel variants.
