FCA Wants To Put A Hellcat Engine In A Fiat 500

A group of dedicated engineers at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles have designed and built an extraordinary variant of the iconic Fiat 500.
The team of engineers at FCA were working on a tight schedule, and they concealed the entire project from the management and colleagues. But the car was finally revealed once it was ready.
The aim of this secret project was to fit an entire Hellcat engine and drivetrain into a Fiat 500. The combined unit is placed behind the driver seat, and a new firewall had to be made.
The engineers faced numerous challenges over the course of this project. Finally, when they finished the Special Edition Fiat 500. They managed to get an appointment with CEO of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, Sergio Marchionne.
Marchionne liked the idea and stated that the Fiat 500 Hellcat is an insanely fun-to-drive car. It is said that the CEO of the company kept the first unit of the Special Edition Fiat 500 for himself.
The FCA dealerships in the US market will be able to sell the Fiat 500 Hellcat to interested customers. But, the Limited Edition Fiat 500 will be produced in limited numbers and will have stricter buying conditions.
