The car number #38 of DC Racing Oreca 07 won the LMP2 class. Completing the podium was another LMP2 car of Rebellion Oreca driven by Nelson Piquet Jr, David Heinemeier Hansson and Mathias Beche.
In the GTE Pro class, the Aston Martin Vantage of Aston Martin Racing emerged victorious after 24 hours of racing. The #67 Ford GT finished second in the GTE Pro class.
The top runners of the LMP1 field suffered technical issues which handed over the victory to Porsche. But the LMP2 cars gave a tough time to the LMP1 car, and it was a hard-earned victory for the Porsche team.
