Nissan India Inaugurates Its Third Dealership In Himachal Pradesh

Nissan India has inaugurated a new dealership in Kangra district, Himachal Pradesh. This is the company's third dealership in Himachal Pradesh.

This latest dealer inauguration is another step forward for Nissan as the company continues its steady sales and service network expansion pan-India. Nissan has opened 10 new dealerships in India from April through December 2016. This equates to roughly one new dealer opening every month.

The newly-inaugurated dealership, M R Nissan, is strategically located to cater to the sales and aftersales requirements of Nissan customers residing in Himachal Pradesh and the bordering areas of Punjab.

M R Nissan's workshop also provides a convenient option for any after sales requirements of Nissan and Datsun customers from neighbouring states like Delhi, Haryana and Punjab who are travelling to the various hill stations in Himachal Pradesh.

Nissan is focused on improving the experience of customers when they visit the company's dealers. In August 2016, Nissan increased its ranking to second place in the annual J.D. Power 2016 India Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) Study.

Speaking at the inauguration, Managing Director, Nissan Motor India Pvt. Ltd, Arun Malhotra said, "Nissan's dealer network continues to steadily grow in line with our plans. Himachal Pradesh is an important market for Nissan and Datsun."

He added, "We are delighted to open our third dealership today in Himachal Pradesh. This is our second dealership with our existing dealer partner, M R Nissan, which showcases the trust our partners have in Nissan."

Dealer Principal M R Nissan, Anand Pal Singh said, "It's a proud moment for us to be associated again with the Nissan and Datsun brands. This new dealership is a great opportunity for us to bring Nissan and Datsun vehicles closer to existing and prospective customers in Kangra."
