2700Whp Nissan GTR Nearly Rips Apart A Dyno
As this Extreme Turbo Systems GT-R hits 2700whp on the dyno, it makes the camera violently shake.
There will be no end to people in making the Nissan GTRs go faster than ever. Well, can we blame them? This 2700hp GTR is one of the more aggressively developed examples, and it has no difficulty maxing out a 2500whp at a dyno.
Built by Extreme Tuning Systems of Vancouver, Washington, this silver GT-R drag racing car has a full cage, massive drag radials out back, and a pair of large turbochargers held into the front bumper.
Where this particular GT-R is unique is in its dyno pull footage. The video begins relatively calm but turns drastic once the car starts setting the power down. Two-foot flames spurt out the bumper-exit side exhausts, tossing wires everywhere and giving the cameraperson a visible shiver.
Unlike the Bugatti Chiron, this GT-R appears to be developed for one thing alone: absolute dominance at the drag strip.
A week before this footage was taken, the same GT-R sprinted to a 6.98-second quarter mile at 214 mph (345km/h).
