Mercedes-AMG GT4 Concept Teased Ahead Of Geneva Debut — Has Porsche Met Its Match?
The Mercedes-AMG GT4 concept image has been teased ahead of Geneva Motor Show and here is more details about the Grand Tourer.
The upcoming Geneva Motor Show is loaded with surprises, and something we look forward to is the Mercedes-AMG GT4 concept that will make its debut.
German carmaker Mercedes has already released a teaser image of the GT4, which is going to be a four-door version of Mercedes-Benz' flagship sports car.
The teaser image reveals an elongated version of the flagship coupe, which will be a Grand Tourer, targeted to take on the Maserati Quattroporte and the Porsche Panamera.
What we can expect from the Mercedes-AMG GT4 is a large, centrally mounted exhaust, and cameras replacing the ORVMs, along with the same tail lamps that the current sports coupe features.
Regarding performance, we can expect the production version of the Mercedes-AMG GT4 concept to feature the 4.0-litre biturbo V8 engine to power the car, mated to a 7-speed gearbox.
So will the Mercedes-AMG GT4 ever come to India? We sure hope so, since Mercedes sells most of its global models in India as well. Until then, feast your eyes on the Mercedes-Maybach G 650 Landaulet that will make its debut in Geneva too.
