Maruti Suzuki Ignis Brochure Leaked Ahead Of Launch — Details Revealed
The upcoming Maruti Suzuki Ignis's brochure has leaked ahead of the new crossover's launch later this month.
The all-new Maruti-Suzuki Ignis is set to launch in India on January 13, 2017. Ahead of the launch of the all-new crossover, the Maruti-Suzuki Ignis' brochure has leaked revealing the car in all its glory.
The Ignis was revealed for the first time in India at the Auto Expo in February 2016 at Greater Noida.The Ignis will be sold only through Maruti's premium car Nexa dealerships in India.
Maruti Suzuki Ignis Specifications
The all new Maruti Suzuki Ignis will be available with both petrol and diesel engine options which will be mated to both a 5-speed manual and AMT gearboxes.
Maruti Suzuki Ignis Petrol
Powering the petrol variant of the Ignis is Maruti's 1.2-litre K-series petrol engine which powers many other maruti cars in the segment.

2017 Maruti Suzuki Ignis Variant Details
Like every other car sold through Maruti's upscale Nexa dealerships, the Ignis will be available in four different variants: Sigma, Delta, Zeta, and Alpha with both mid-level trims set to get the AMT gearbox option.
The top of the line Alpha variant will get Projector headlamps with LED daytime running lights along with a touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Automatic Climate Control.
Both the Alpha and the Zeta variants of the Ignis will be available with 15-inch alloy wheels along with keyless entry and push button start.
The Alpha, Zeta and Delta variants will also feature USB and Bluetooth connectivity with the Zeta and Delta variants getting a 2-Din audio system instead of the Alpha's touchscreen interface.
All variants of the new Ignis crossover will be available with ABS with EBD, dual front airbags and a spare steel wheel as standard. Maruti will also fit the Ignis with the ISOFIX child-seat restraint system.
Maruti Suzuki Ignis Interior and Colour Options
The Maruti Suzuki Ignis will be available with a dual tone black and creme white interior. The interior will feature faux carbon-fibre trim pieces along with a few bits matching the exterior of the car.
The Ignis will be available in six different colour options: Pearl Arctic White, Silky Silver, Glistening Grey, Urban Blue, Tinsel Blue and Uptown Red.
The Zeta and Alpha variants will be available in three dual-tone colour schemes as well: Tinsel Blue with Pearl Arctic White, Tinsel Blue with Midnight Black, and Uptown Red with Midnight Black.
The all-new Maruti-Suzuki Ignis is expectedto be priced around Rs 4.5-lakh ex-showroom when it launches in less than a fortnight.
