Lamborghini Boss Hints At Modern 4-Seat Sports Car
The CEO of Lamborghini, Stefano Domenicali has hinted that a new 4-seat sports car is on the pipeline.
Italian supercar maker Lamborghini is all set to launch the Urus SUV in 2018. The Urus will expand Lamborghini's lineup to three distinct product lines.
CEO of Lamborghini, Stefano Domenicali has hinted that the company might add a fourth product to the lineup. Speaking to Automotive News, he revealed the two possibilities for the fourth product.
Domenicali made it clear that the new product will not be introduced in next five years. One possibility is a 4-seat sports car; it will be pitted against the Ferrari GTC4 Lusso. It is a sports car and not the Estoque sedan concept from 2008.
The other possibility is a modern version of the Miura. Lamborghini teased the Miura concept in 2006. Lamborghini aims to boost its sales to around 3,500 units per year. The upcoming Urus SUV will play a vital role in achieving the target.
