Inside Donald Trump’s New Presidential Limousine — The 'Beast' Reborn

The new limo or the sedan is as long as two SUVs, and currently, the new vehicle is undergoing testing before being deployed for Presidential services. The vehicle is being tested under camouflage, and Auto Week managed to snap pictures of the car.

The final version of the new limo will be painted black and silver, similar to the current version, when the vehicle is approved for service.

According to reports, General Motors has manufactured the car, and the limo was supposed to be ready for Trump's inauguration in January.

The cost of the new Cadillac One is estimated to be 1.2 million Euro (approximately Rs 8.43 million). The Beast will join a fleet of 12 cars which is arguably the safest vehicles in the world.

The Beast weighs a massive 8 tons and is equipped with 8-inch thick steel doors which weigh same as those on a Boeing 757. The doors are sealed to withstand any biological or chemical attacks.

The front windscreen of the Beast can withstand bullets of 44 magnums; the car gets military grade bodywork that are 5-inch thick. The reinforced undercarriage can withstand roadside bombs, and the fuel tank is explosive resistant.

Other prominent features of the Presidential limo are shotguns on board, run-flat Kevlar tyres, oxygen system in the trunk in case of chemical attack, and cases of the President's blood in the boot for emergency situations.

Apart from what is mentioned above, a number of guns are hidden in the front grille of the vehicle. The Beast also comes with night vision cameras. With all these security features, we can say that the Beast is the safest car in the world.
