Spy Pics: Chevrolet Beat Essentia Spotted Testing In Bangalore
The sub-4-metre sedan from Chevrolet, the Beat Essentia has been spotted testing on the roads of Bangalore. Read now to know more about the Essentia.
The latest sub-4-metre sedan from the American car maker Chevrolet, the Beat Essentia has been spotted yet again testing on the roads of Bangalore.
The Beat Essentia spotted testing is heavily camouflaged. But the typical Beat headlamps and the front grille were enough to identify the sedan. The Essentia has not changed much compared to the concept version showcased at the 2016 Auto Expo.
The rear of the sedan features similar tail lights as seen on the Beat. The tail lights are stacked vertically as its hatchback sibling.
The interior of the Beat Essentia was also captured, but it does not give much clarity on the features. It is expected that the interior will feature a touchscreen infotainment system with connectivity options.
The Beat Essentia is expected to draw power from a 1.2-litre petrol engine and a 1-litre diesel engine. The spotted model is equipped with a manual gearbox.
The launch of the Beat Essentia was expected to happen by March 2017. But Chevrolet has delayed the launch and is still testing the sedan. The launch is likely to happen in the near future. Previously we spotted the Beat Essentia in Pune, and now the sedan is being tested in Bangalore.
