Craziest BMW M5 Set To Enter India — The Last Goodbye
The BMW M5 Competition Edition is all set to enter India. Only 200 units of the M5 Competition Edition will ever be sold across the world.
German carmaker BMW is all set to introduce the most powerful version of its M5 performance sedan to India. The BMW M5 Competition Edition is limited to just 200 units half of which are white and the other half black.
Compared to the regular BMW M5, power and torque are up by 40bhp and 19Nm of torque. The 4.4-litre twin-turbo V8 engine pushes out 592bhp and 700Nm of torque, all of which is sent to the rear wheels.
The M5 Competition Edition will sprint from 0-100km/h in just 3.9 seconds and the top speed is still electronically limited to 250km/h.
The BMW M5 Competition Edition sports numerous carbon-fibre parts including the spoiler on the boot lid along with the rear diffuser and the mirror caps. Inside, the car sports a full Black Merino leather interior with Opal White contrast stitching and each car will be fitted with the M Performance trim with a special "1/200" engraving.
The BMW M5 will be available in India as a made-to-order model and BMW has not revealed the price of the limited edition vehicle.
