2017 Maruti Suzuki Desert Storm: Sanjay Agarwal And CS Santosh Lead After Leg 2

The rallyists covered a total distance of around 500km from Bikaner traversing through Noorsar, Kelan, Rajasar, Motigarh and Nokhra to finally reach the Golden city of Jaisalmer.

In the Xtreme category, defending champions Sanjay Agarwal with navigator, Shivaprakash seized the first position closely followed by Harpreet Bawa and his navigator Virendra Kashyap from Team Maruti Suzuki in the second position.

Driving for Team Maruti Suzuki, Suresh Rana and his co-driver Ashwin Naik hold the third position after the completion of the second leg.

In the Moto category, Hero MotoSports Team Rally rider CS Santosh retained his first position followed by R Nataraj and Sanjaykumar in the second and third position respectively.

The day three of the rally will see competitors cover a total distance of around 350km while overcoming the challenging dunes to grab the winning position.
