India's leading passenger car manufacturer Maruti Suzuki is gearing up for another launch. This time it is the facelifted premium sedan, the Ciaz.
According to the reports, the facelifted Ciaz will be launched in the Indian market by April 2017 with rebranded variants and change in equipment levels. Also, the sedan will be sold through company's premium dealership, the Nexa.
The 2017 Ciaz will receive cosmetic updates on the exterior which will feature redesigned front grille with a new bumper, headlamps with LED daytime running lights and new alloy wheels.
The top-end variant of the sedan is expected to get a sunroof. The interior of the new Ciaz will feature a touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility.
The safety features of the facelifted Ciaz includes ABS and dual-front airbags will be standard across all the variants. Although, there will be no changes in the mechanical department of the new sedan.
