Williams Admit They Would Be Unhappy If Bottas Would Leave
Massive change between teams and drivers is expected to take place for 2017 Formula One season. Williams Racing are already on the search for a driver to replace Felipe Massa. Now, they have admitted that if Valtteri Bottas decides to leave they would be extremely unhappy.
Valtteri Bottas is removed to make a move and join Renault F1 Team. So far, Bottas has not managed to deliver desired results for Williams. However, Williams Racing want Bottas to win his first race with them and not with another manufacturer.
Till date, Bottas has secured nine podium finishes for Williams Racing. Valtteri Bottas debuted with Williams in Formula One during 2013. Unfortunately, Bottas has not stood on the top spot of the podium in Williams Racing outfit.
Williams Racing is keen to re-sign Valtteri Bottas for at least a couple more years. The second seat is most likely to be awarded to Lance Stroll. Rookie and experience combination could do wonder for Williams Racing.
