Maruti launched the Vitara Brezza a few days ago and the response from consumers is astounding.
According to R.S. Kalsi, the Head of Marketing and Sales at MSI, the company has received over 5600 bookings for the Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza in the last 48 hours.
The Vitara Brezza is Suzuki's new compact SUV constructed in the global C platform and has been completely designed and engineered in India. By using 98 percent local content in the model, Maruti Suzuki has kept the prices competitive with a price tag of 6.99 lakh for the base LDi variant.
Going up to 9.68 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) for the ZDi+ trim, the compact SUV has an edge when compared to the rivaling Ford EcoSport and Mahindra TUV300.
The features that make the Vitara Brezza a brilliant package are the projector headlamps, DRLs, auto headlamp, rain sensing wipers, a touchscreen infotainment system, automatic climate control, and a reverse camera.
The Vitara Brezza is expected to be a game changer in the sub 4-metre SUV segment, similar to the EcoSport. Maruti claims a segment leading ARAI certified fuel efficiency figure of 24.3km/l for the Vitara Brezza.
For those who still prefer the Indian manufacturer, the Vitara Brezza seems to be the ideal upgrade from the Swift and Wagon R.
