Toyota India To Organise Month Long Service Camp In October
Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) is organising a month-long service camp starting from October 1, 2016. The service camp will include a wide range of offers and services. Toyota is calling the service camp as the "Q Service Festive Celebration".
The offers include 20 percent discounts on car care treatments, assured gifts on purchase batteries, tyres, and extended warranty packages and express maintenance package. B Padmanabha, Vice President (Customer Service Group) - Toyota Kirloskar Motor said, "Customer First" is their key cornerstone and they are continuously trying to come up with exciting offers which complimentthe customer's sentiments with the festivities around the corner.
He also said that through such orders, they hope to get close to customers by providing superior service at every touch points. Adding to it, he said that their service campaigns ensure a hassle-free experience to the customers for all their products and services.
Earlier, Toyota had launched an offer on warranty called "Toyota's Extended Warranty" which is an addition to the company's standard manufacturer vehicle warranty of three years or 100,000km. In this new scheme, customers can extend their warranty up to seven years or 180,000km.
