What is surprising of the Ciaz is that, it has been preferred choice compared to the long-standing sedan segment leader, the Honda City, in fact, the Honda City for the first time does not figure in the top 10 list.

Maruti has equipped the Ciaz with a mild hybrid which has helped the performance of the car in terms of fuel efficiency. In the Delhi especially, with the exclusion of hybrid cars from the odd-even rule, the Ciaz has definitely scored over its nearest rival, the Honda City.
