Tata Zest Enters Asia Book Of Records On January 17
Tata Motors organised a record-setting rally on January 17, 2016. Customers brought their Zest compact sedan to set an all-new record. Tata Zest entered Asia Book of Records for organising the largest convoy of a single brand of vehicle.
154 Tata Zest compact sedans took part in the record-setting rally. The starting point for the rally was at Pan Card Club, Baner in Pune. All the cars covered a distance of 21.9 kilometres and the record was set in three batches to cover all the vehicles in the rally.
Several other customer-centric activities have been organised by Tata Motors in the past. Both Zest and Bolt are new products from Tata Motors that are expected to rebrand the Indian manufacturer as a youthful brand. Tata Motors is connecting and listening to its customers through these events.
Previously, a Zest mileage run was organised across 19 cities of India with 665 vehicles participating. Over 2,000 Zest petrol and diesel compact sedan owners took part in the mileage run.
