Tata Tiago Launch Confirmed For April 6, 2016
Tata Motors will finally launch the Tiago hatchback in India on April 6, 2016.

In a tweet sent out from the official Tata Tiago twitter handle, Tata Motors revealed the date that the Lionel Messi endorsed hatchback, which can be booked for just Rs. 10,000, will finally make its way to Indian roads.

Originally called the Zica, the new Tata hatchback had to be renamed due to the unfortunate Zika virus outbreak in South America.
The Tata Tiago is offered with a set of brands new engines from Tata. The three-cylinder petrol powerplant displaces 1199cc and produces 84bhp and 114Nm of torque. The 1.05-litre diesel engine also features a three-cylinder layout and produces 69bhp and 140Nm of torque.
With regards to the pricing, Tata is expected to price the Tiago aggressively, keeping it in the range of Rs. 4 lakh to Rs. 5.50 lakh ex-showroom (Delhi).
