Tata Motors Inaugurate Global Delivery Centre In Pune
Tata Motors has inaugurated an all-new Global Delivery Centre in Pune. The new centre is operational at ICC Devi Gaurav Technology Park. Over 900 employees will be accommodated at Tata's Global Delivery Centre.
The new Tata Global Delivery Centre was inaugurated by Guenter Butschek, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director. Also present were top officials from Tata Motors, Jaguar Land Rover, and Tata Motors Group companies.
The Global Delivery Centre will streamline business processes and achieve cost optimisation goals through conceptualization and deployment of shared services strategies for Tata Motors Group. Their objective is to scale up operation across multiple locations and time zones within twelve to fifteen months.
Operations will be primarily based out of Pune. The Global Delivery Centre is located in Mumbai, Jamshedpur, Lucknow, Dharwad, Pantnagar, and Sanand. Supporting twelve Tata Motors Group companies including JLR, Tata Marcopolo, TAL, Tata Technologies, TML Drivelines, and Tata Motors Finance.
