Skoda Offering Benefits Over Rs. 1 Lakh On Rapid

The Skoda Rapid sedan will be offered with several discounts and benefits in the Indian market. Customers will be capable of availing a maximum benefit worth Rs. 1 lakh on purchase of the Rapid. Skoda's offer will be valid throughout July 2016, across the Indian market.

Cash benefits worth Rs. 80,000 and corporate benefits worth Rs. 10,000 can be availed. An exchange bonus worth Rs. 20,000 is also offered to customers opting for the Rapid sedan. Skoda India is also offering an irresistible interest rate of 7.99 percent on finance options.

Under the hood of the Skoda Rapid is an optional 1.6-litre petrol and a 1.5-litre diesel engine. The petrol engine is mated to an optional 5-speed manual or 6-speed automatic. The diesel engine, on the other hand, is equipped with a 7-speed automatic and a 5-speed manual gearbox.

The base variant of the Skoda Rapid is priced attractively at Rs. 7.94 lakh and the fully-loaded variant costs Rs. 12.19 lakh ex-showroom (Delhi). The Skoda Rapid competes with the likes of Honda City, Hyundai Verna, Volkswagen Vento, and Maruti Suzuki Ciaz models in the Indian market.
