Skoda Teases Kodiaq Ahead Of September 1st Global Debut

Skoda Kodiaq will be making its global debut on September 1, 2016. The all-new SUV will be revealed to the world in Berlin. It will be followed by its second public debut at the 2016 Paris Motor Show. Now Skoda, has shared a couple of teaser images ahead of Kodiaq's global debut.

In the teaser image, you can see the Skoda Kodiaq in an all-new red, grey, and black camouflage. The Skoda Kodiaq will be adorning this special camouflage, as it will be part of the 2016 Tour de France. All-new Skoda Kodiaq will lead the riders on the final stage.

International markets will receive Skoda Kodiaq with two diesel and three petrol engine options. Skoda will be pairing up their engine to optional manual and dual-clutch automatic transmission options. VW Group will be lending its MQB platform for the Skoda Kodiaq premium SUV.

The Czech-based manufacturer will be offering the Kodiaq in 5-seater and 7-seater options. Skoda will be bringing the Kodiaq to Indian shores by early to mid-2017. It is unclear which engine option and transmission options will be offered to Indian customers.
