Renault India Achieves 9,604 Sales During November 2016
Even with the cash crunch present across India, Renault has managed to sell 9,604 four-wheelers. Cumulative sales stand at over 1.20 lakh units sold by Renault India during January to November 2016.
Renault India has managed to sell 9,604 vehicles during November 2016. It seems like most automobile manufacturers in the country were unaffected by demonetization of Rs. 500 and Rs. 1000 currency notes. Once again the star for Renault is their Kwid compact hatchback.
During November 2015, Renault achieved a total sale of 7,819 vehicles. In November 2016, the French-based automobile manufacturer has sold 9,604 four-wheelers in India. This has resulted in a growth of 23 percent over the corresponding period, which is more than decent.
Cumulative sales stand at over 1.20 lakh units sold by Renault India during January to November 2016. Renault India managed to sell just 43,555 vehicles during January to November 2015. This has accounted for 1 178 percent growth by Renault in cumulative sales.
Recently, the French-based manufacturer confirmed that sales of Kwid had crossed 1.10 lakh. The Kwid is Renault's best-selling model since it launched in India. Very soon, Renault plans to offer Indian customers with two exciting special edition models based on the Kwid.
