Renault Duster AMT Facelift Launching In India By March
Renault showcased its all-new Duster compact SUV at the recently concluded 2016 Auto Expo in Delhi. The compact SUV will also be receiving the highly anticipated AMT (Automated Manual Transmission) option. Now the 2016 Duster with AMT is expected to launch in India by March 2016.
The 1.5-litre diesel engine in the Duster will receive the AMT option. Renault engineers promise the engine will deliver 108.50bhp and 248Nm of peak torque output. 2016 Duster with AMT will be more pleasurable to drive in bumper to bumper city traffic.
The interior of the 2016 Duster will also be updated for a more premium experience. Renault designers will provide a dual tone dashboard option in select variants. Several new and ingenious storage spaces will boost storage capacity.
Renault will also add several safety features to the 2016 Duster model, which will be first in the segment. Brake Assist, driver seatbelt warning, dual airbags, hill start assist, ESP, parking sensors, and several other features could be included in the updated Duster.
2016 Renault Duster will witness a price hike owing to new features. The AMT option will also be priced higher than the regular model by Rs. 25,000 approximately. Stay tuned for more updates and details as we inch closer to the launch of Renault's new Duster.
