The new vehicle will be the fourth model of the Range Rover lineup. This model was previously referred as Range Rover Evoque XL. We can expect it to compete with the likes of BMW X6 and the Mercedes-Benz GLE Coupe.
The new SUV will be based on the Jaguar F-Pace's aluminium-intensive architecture platform. Earlier the model was expected to have three-row seating, but according to recent reports, the car won't feature that.
Reports say that the vehicle will be offered with four and five-seat configurations. Currently, Land Rover hasn't revealed any engine specifications.
According to reports, the Range Rover Sport Coupe will be offered with six and eight cylinder engines from the current lineup. It is expected that there will also be a 3.0-litre hybrid variant and a pure electric variant.
