Porsche Is Set To Launch A New Variant Of Their Luxury SUV In India

Porsche India will be launching an all-new product on November 15, 2016. The Macan R4 model will be introduced in the Indian market for the very first time. The Macan R4 will take on the newly launched Jaguar F-Pace in the Indian market.

Powering the Macan R4 will be a 2.0-litre, four-cylinder, turbocharged petrol engine. This engine is capable of producing 248.56bhp, along with 370Nm of torque. Macan R4 will be capable of achieving a top speed of 229 km/h and can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 6.7 seconds.

Bookings for Porsche Macan R4 has commenced and dealerships are accepting Rs.10 lakh as a token amount. Expect Porsche to price its Macan R4 at Rs. 75 lakh ex-showroom. Deliveries of Porsche Macan R4 is expected to begin sooner after its launch in the country.

Currently, Porsche India offers three variants of their Macan luxury SUV. They are Macan S Diesel, Macan Turbo Petrol, and Macan Turbo with Performance Package. All-new Porsche Macan R4 will be their entry level product that will take on competing luxury SUVs in India.
