Top Gear Season 24 Most Likely To Be Hosted By A Celebrity Chef
Paul Hollywood is a celebrity chef and baker with a host of TV show appearances. The Englishman is also a judge on 'The Great British Bake Off'. He is also known for being a petrolhead and is touted to be a replacement for Chris Evans on Top Gear season 24.
Previously, Paul Hollywood hosted a special show only about Aston Martins for BBC. He had also confirmed that in the future he would take on more car shows. During the previous week, he also took part in the British GT Championship.
BBC has lost rights for The Great British Bake Off show to Channel 4. Currently, BBC would not like to lose Paul Hollywood to Channel 4, thus, would like him to host Top Gear. Rumours suggest that Paul Hollywood is keen on judging the Bake Off show and could make a move.
There were rumours earlier that Matt LeBlanc would take up the role as Top Gear host. It is now most likely that the Hollywood actor would continue with his co-host status. All this is only going to happen when BBC confirms whether or not Paul Hollywood would host the Top Gear show.
After Chris Evans, BBC has confirmed that they are not looking for someone just like him. Other co-hosts will continue as fans have taken a liking towards them. We still believe that Matt LeBlanc could be the best option to host Top Gear.
