All-New Nissan X-Trail Hybrid To Launch In India By Early 2017
The all-new Nissan X-Trail Hybrid will be launched in India sometime during early 2017. It will be launched in India as a CBU (Completely Built Unit) model.
Nissan has huge plans for the Indian market in the near future. The Japanese-based automobile manufacturer will launch its all-new X-Trail Hybrid in India. Previously, Nissan India showcased the X-Trail Hybrid at the 2016 Auto Expo in Delhi.
All-new Nissan X-Trail Hybrid will be launched in India sometime during early 2017. The X-Trail Hybrid will be introduced as a CBU (Completely Built Unit) model. Expect the hybrid SUV from Nissan to be priced in excess of Rs. 36 lakh ex-showroom.
Powering the Nissan X-Trail Hybrid is a 2.0-litre petrol engine. This engine will be assisted by a 31Kw electric motor. A total power output of 180bhp is achieved and is provided to the front wheels via a CVT gearbox from Nissan.
In recent times, several manufacturers have introduced hybrid models in India. Honda Accord Hybrid has just been introduced and will compete with Toyota Camry Hybrid head on. So far, Nissan X-Trail Hybrid will have no direct competition in the Indian market.
