Nissan India Is All Set To Launch Its GT-R Supercar During November
Nissan India had showcased its legendary supercar the GT-R at 2016 Auto Expo in Delhi. The Japanese manufacturer, however, at the Geneva Motor Show showcased an all-new GT-R. Now, the all-new Nissan GT-R is most likely to launch in India sometime during November.
Back in September, Nissan India started accepting bookings for GT-R. Those interested would have to shell out Rs. 25 lakh as a deposit for booking the supercar. Nissan's all-new GT-R is expected to bear a price tag in excess of Rs. 1.90 crore ex-showroom.
Powering the Nissan GT-R will be a 3.8-litre, twin-turbocharged, V6 petrol engine. This engine will produce 557.28bhp, along with 637Nm of peak torque output, and will be mated to a 6-speed dual-clutch transmission. Nissan GT-R can sprint from 0-100 km/h in less than three seconds.
India will receive all-new GT-R in Premium Edition, that is on sale in the European market. Nissan will be offering the GT-R in Katsura Orange, Vibrant Red, Pearl Black, Storm White, Daytona Blue, Gun Metallic, and Ultimate Silver colour options. Every supercar will feature matching leather interior.
