Nissan & MyTVS Team Up To Enhance Service Network In India

Nissan has announced that it will be partnering with MyTVS in an attempt to strengthen its service network in India. Both, Nissan and Datsun owners can get their vehicles serviced at the new centres. The duo will inaugurate Nissan Authorised Service Points in strategic areas.

Currently, Nissan India has 23 outlets in Tamil Nadu and wants to improve it further. MyTVS partnership will help in inaugurating eight more Nissan Authorised Service Points in Tamil Nadu. This will offer Nissan and Datsun customers more convenient service experience.

On offer at Nissan Authorised Service Points will be availability of genuine parts consumable service parts replacement, and trained staff. The duo plans on further enhancing the customer service experience. MyTVS will complement the Nissan dealer network in the country.

The current range of Nissan products include the Micra Active, Micra, Sunny, Terrano, and Evalia. Datsun now offers three all-new products in the Indian market which are the GO, GO+, and redi-GO models. Both Nissan and Datsun products are priced competitively against competition.

Expansion of the Nissan Authorised Service Points will be carried out in due course of time. By 2017, the Japanese-based manufacturer aims at having 300 dealerships pan India. Customers will experience a convenient and satisfied service from the new outlets.
