As Hyundai celebrated its 20th anniversary in India, the Korean automaker broke the news that it was going to bring the iconic Santro hatchback back to India.
Now images have surfaced on the interweb that apparently show the new hatchback testing under some rather heavy duty camouflage.
The front end of the car reveals the Hyundai family face with the angular headlamps and the chrome grill.
The rear though features a different design with vertically stacked taillamps and the rear window too is rather unconventional in its shape.
The new Santro could borrow the the Eon's 1.0-litre engine when it does make its way back onto Indian roads in 2017.
