Mercedes Gets Engine Upgrade For Belgian Grand Prix
Mercedes gets an engine upgrade, ahead of the Belgian Grand Prix that is to take place this weekend. Mercedes has used five development tokens to give its Formula One engines an upgrade.
Mercedes works drivers, Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg drove with this new spec engine during the free practice session of the Belgian GP. Mercedes has not revealed any details as to which areas of the engine has been upgraded.
Mercedes' customer teams such as Force India, Williams, and Manor will get these updated engines, when they decide to get their next fresh updates. Mercedes has just six tokens left out of 32 development tokens.
Currently, the Japanese Grand Prix at Suzuka is scheduled as the final round, where the teams can take their final upgrade of the season, which it is subjected to change.
