McLaren To Make Limited Edition Carbon Fibre 675LT - But There Is A Problem
McLaren will soon build a limited edition 675LT made of carbon fibre, built by its special operations team. The car will be called the 675LT MSO. The only problem is that the car is sold out already.
The McLaren 675LT MSO is based on the P1 concept car that was showcased by the British carmaker at the Geneva Motor Show this year. According to McLaren, the roof, A-pillar, engine cover, and the rear portion of the car is made of carbon fibre.
All this work has helped the carmaker shed a lot of weight, which has not been revealed by McLaren. All this weight reduction and a potent 3.8-litre V8 engine could help the car accelerate from 0 to 100km/h even quicker than the regular 675LT.
As mentioned earlier, the McLaren 675LT MSO is a limited edition model and only 25 examples will be made, which are all sold out. So if you happen to be a person apart from the 25 people who have booked one, you might end up waiting for a while till the car hits the used car dealership.
