McLaren P1 LM Record Setting Lap At 2016 Goodwood Festival Of Speed

The 2016 Goodwood Festival of Speed has come to an end and several new and interesting vehicles have made their presence felt. McLaren took this opportunity to showcase and run their all-new P1 LM hybrid supercar.

McLaren P1 LM is virtually the P1 GTR model, however, it is street legal. The P1 LM hybrid supercar is developed by Lanzante, to make it legal to drive on the roads. Lanzante has lined the engine bay of P1 LM with gold as a tribute to the McLaren F1 race car.

Goodwood Festival of Speed organises a hill climb and every manufacturer attempts to shatter the fastest lap time. Nissan GT-R Nismo previously set the fastest lap time of 49.27 seconds. The McLaren P1 LM driven by Kenny Brack has shattered the fastest lap time at the hill climb.
