Maserati Sales Hiked By 38 Percent
The Italian luxury car manufacturer Maserati has reported 38 percent hike in sales in the Middle East, Africa and India. The company had recently launched the Levante SUV in the global market. And soon, this car become a major hit in the SUV segment.
The brand's largest markets, the UAE and Saudi Arabia, grew up with 42.5 percent and 75 percent respectively. In Europe, Italy is the next biggest market for Maserati, with 97 new registrations last month, representing a 273 percent increase compared to August 2015.
The company's continuous growth on all the main European markets included the United Kingdom, Germany, Benelux, France, Switzerland, and Spain. Since the start of 2016, registrations of 4,180 cars have been carried out with an average hike of 6 percent compared to the first eight months of 2015.
The increase in the sales percentage clearly cause of Maserati's first SUV, the Levante, which is already on sale in the European market.
