Maruti Dealers Record Phenomenal Bookings For Vitara Brezza

Maruti Suzuki launched its very first compact SUV, the Vitara Brezza in India sometime during March 2016. Now, within a matter of five months, Maruti Suzuki dealerships have recorded over 95,000 bookings pan India.

The base variant of the Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza is priced at Rs. 6.99 lakh ex-showroom (Delhi). The fully-loaded Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza is priced at Rs. 9.68 lakh ex-showroom (Delhi). Currently, the Japanese-based manufacturer is offering six variants of the compact SUV.

Under the hood of the Vitara Brezza is a 1.3-litre four-cylinder, diesel engine. The engine produces 89bhp, along with 200Nm of torque and is mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox. At this moment, Maruti Suzuki does not offer a petrol-powered Vitara Brezza in India.

Currently, Maruti Suzuki's Vitara Brezza competes with the likes of Hyundai Creta, Ford EcoSport, Renault Duster, and Mahindra TUV3OO. Recently, Maruti Vitara Brezza entered the top ten best selling four-wheeler in the country.
