Limited Edition Maruti Suzuki Swift Deca Launched In India; Prices Start At Rs. Rs. 5.94 Lakh

Maruti-Suzuki has launched a limited edition version of the Swift in India ahead of the festive season. The limited edition car is called the Swift Deca.

The limited edition Swift Deca is priced at Rs. 5,94,445 for the VXi variant and Rs. 6,86,983 for the VDi variant [both prices are ex-showroom (Delhi)].

The Swift Deca uses the same engines as the normal Swift: a 1.2-litre petrol and 1.3-litre diesel engine. The petrol engine produces 83bhp and 115Nm of torque and returns a mileage of 20.4km/l. The diesel engine produces 74bhp and 190Nm of torque and returns a mileage of 25.2km/l. Both engines are mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox.

It is in terms of style that the Swift Deca differentiates itself from the other Swifts on the road. The car is available only in Bright Red and Pearl White colour options. Two racing stripes run down the centre of the car from the front to the back, while on the sides there is a single diagonal racing stripe running across the rear doors and the C-Pillars. The front doors feature the number 10 decal.

Also on the outside, Maruti has added side skirts all around and there is a spoiler on the roof of the vehicle. The wheel covers are finished in gloss black instead of silver.

Inside, the changes are even more extensive. The seat covers are done up in red and black with white contrast piping. and the steering wheel is also covered up.

There is a new touchscreen Sony multimedia music system with Bluetooth and external microphone which is paired with 6-inch door mounted speakers, which are also from Sony. The centre console features a carbon-fibre finish while the interior also boasts of ambient lighting.
