Maruti Suzuki S-Cross Facelift To Be Launched In India In 2017

Maruti Suzuki will be launching the S-Cross facelifted version in India in 2017. The crossover model will hit Indian markets in second half of 2017.

Maruti Suzuki S-Cross is speculated to launch in India in the second half of 2017. Except for the exterior design and interior, everything else will remain unchanged for the Indian version.

Earlier Suzuki had revealed the updated S-Cross model and was also showcased the new looking S-Cross at the 2016 Paris Motor Show.

As per the reports, Maruti Suzuki will bring the updated S-Cross to the Indian market in second-half of 2017.

The refreshed S-Cross gets a new upright front grille with vertical slats, the bumper also gets a new design with large radiator grille and new projector headlamps.

The interior of the facelifted S-Cross has been overhauled with new components. The interior will be equipped with new instrument cluster and MID.

The interior will also feature new interior colour combination, seat upholstery with contrasting stitching and new trim options for the dashboard.

Globally. The S-Cross is available with 1.6-litre petrol and diesel engine options. The updated model will get 1.4-litre Boosterjet petrol engine which is also used in Vitara overseas model.

Although in India the facelifted version of the S-Cross is expected to be sold with the same 1.3-litre and 1.6-litre diesel units which is being currently used in the crossover. Maruti Suzuki will also launch the next-gen Swift Dzire, Ignis and the Baleno RS in 2017.
