MAN Trucks India Unveils CLA EVO Range Of Heavy Commercial Vehicles

MAN Trucks India have unveiled the CLA EVO Range of heavy commercial vehicles on the inaugural day of the International Trade Fair bauma CONEXPO India 2016.

The CLA EVO 25.300 6x4 BS4 Construction Tipper and the CLA EVO 49.300 6X4 BS4 Tractor Head were unveiled at the CONEXPO 2016. The CLA EVO range of vehicles marks ten years of MAM Truck's presence in the country.

The new CLA EVO range of commercial vehicles is a combination of power, fuel efficiency, world-class performance, superior technology and safety.

The CLA EVO range of commercial vehicles has been extensively tested to global standards and equipped with strong aggregates and a robust chassis frame and suspension. The new vehicles can perform under extreme conditions.

Chairman and Managing Director, MAN Trucks India, Joerg Mommertz said, "Introduction of the CLA EVO series is an important milestone for MAN Trucks India. These vehicles are equipped with 300HP powerful and proven MAN D-0836 common rail engines complying to BSIV emission norms."

He added, "We are confident that these vehicles will meet the high standards MAN has set in the Indian market and perform well in the demanding and arduous construction and trailer segments."

The CLA EVO 25.300(6x4) tipper is powered by MAN D-0836 engine producing 300bhp which is mated to a nine-speed gearbox. The engine is turbocharged and intercooler with Electronically Controlled Common Rail System makes it the fuel efficient vehicle.

The CLA EVO 49.300(6x4) Tractor Head draws power from the MAN D-0836 Turbo charged engine churning out 300bhp of power. The engine is mated to a nine-speed gearbox. The tractor features Strong rigid Front Axle and Hypoid Rear Axles for reliable performance. The CLA EVO range offers maximum driving comfort and safety.

MAN Trucks India also offers trucks ranging from 16 tonnes to 49 tonnes to cater various applications in the construction and haulage segments. The company offers prompt after sales service across the country.
