Mahindra has rolled out two new digital platforms in India - the SYOUV, and With You Hamesha. The company expects this platform to improve the customer service experience at pre-sales, sales and post-sales levels.
The SYOUV is developed exclusively for customers in the pre-purchase phase. the system will provide all the important information regarding the vehicle.
The SYOUV even offers personalized recommendations based on the customer's actions. A feature named 'Talk to Expert' will enable the customers to clear their queries in a real-time audio/text chat.
The '3D Discovery' featured in the SYOUV showcases the features of a Mahindra vehicle in 3D format. I will also have a 'Collaborative Exploration' feature on offer where the users can invite their friends on Facebook/email to collectively configure the vehicles.
Whereas, the 'With You Hamesha' platform will improve the post-sales customer experience. Using the With You Hamesha mobile application, customers can access their car's service history, book for a service and even get a job card and service cost estimate.
The 'With You Hamesha' also allows users to establish a video connection with a relationship manager to get real time updates about the service.
Mahindra partnered with Microsoft, Socheers Infotech and Dassault Systemes to create the SYOUV while Extentia IT, Hungama and HNS Technologies created 'With You Hamesha.
