Benefits Bonanza: Mahindra Offers Big Discounts On Latest SUV

Indian carmaker Mahindra is offering big discounts on its newest SUV, the NuvoSport, which was launched in April.

Customers interested in the NuvoSport can avail discounts of up to Rs. 57,000 if they purchase the SUV before August 31.

The benefits come in the form a welcome bonus, extended warranty, roadside assistance schemes, accident insurance benefits, low-interest finance options and additional accessories.

Dealerships are also offering cash discounts from Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 35,000. Some dealers are even offering to help finance up to 90 per cent of the value of the vehicle.

The Nuvosport is the latest SUV from Mahindra and replaces the Quanto in Mahindra's lineup of cars on sale in India. The Nuvosport is one of two sub 4-metre SUVs that Mahindra currently sells in India, the TUV3OO being the other.

Powering the NuvoSport is a 1.5-litre three-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine that produces 100bhp and 240Nm of torque. The engine is paired to either a 5-speed manual or an AMT gearbox. The NuvoSport returns a mileage of 17.45km/l.

Prices for the NuvoSport start at Rs. 7.35 lakh for the base variant while the top-spec N8 variant with the AMT gearbox is priced at Rs. 9.76 lakh (All prices, ex-showroom, Thane).
