Mahindra KUV100 Waiting Period Increases To 2 Months

The increasing demand for Mahindra's new KUV100 has resulted in its waiting period climbing from 2 weeks to 2 months in the past 15 days.

Available in 1.2-litre three-cylinder petrol and diesel engine options, the KUV100 is a compact SUV designed to attract first-time car buyers.

The price of the petrol KUV100 ranges from Rs. 4.42 lakh to Rs. 5.91 lakh, while the diesel KUV100 ranges from Rs. 5.22 lakh to Rs. 6.76 lakh.

Mahindra is aiming to compete in a segment filled with hatchbacks and entry level sedans like the Maruti Suzuki Swift, Dzire, Hyundai Grand i10, etc.

The number of bookings received shows that the K6 and top of the line K8 variants of the KUV100 are in high demand. Surprisingly, the demand for 3+3 seater variant is not as high as the company expected.
