Mahindra e-Verito Variants & Models Explained
Mahindra, which is spearheading the electric vehicles in the Indian auto industry launched the e-Verito in India with a price tag of Rs. 9.5 lakh ex-showroom (Delhi).
The e-Verito from Mahindra is an electric vehicle which has a driving range of 100kms on a single charge and it comes variants as D2, D4, and D6. Let us look at the variants in detail.

The base variant of the e-Verito will come with steel wheels instead of the alloys and misses out on the chrome bezel on the front grille. The body cladding in the side and bottom are in black and the upholstery is woven fabric.
It misses out on the fast charging and the 2-DIN audio system which comes with USB and AUX. The ORVMs are manual and it does not come with the keyless entry and remote lock.
D4
The mid-variant of the e-Verito too misses out on the fast charging option, however, it does equip itself with the 2-DIN audio system. This variant though gets the alloy wheels, body coloured body cladding and the chrome bezel on the front grille.
D6
The top variant of the Mahindra e-Verito is loaded with features, the important being the fast charging feature which charges to 80 percent in 1 hour and 45 minutes.
These are the differences between each of the variants, so what are the common features among variants? The Mahindra e-Verito across variants come with two drive modes of ECO and BOOST, regenerative braking, remote diagnostics, power windows, AC with heater, mobile charging point in the front.
On the safety front, the e-Verito does not even come as an option of the airbags and ABS, it comes with a collapsible steering column, side intrusion beams, auto door lock, immobiliser to name a few.
The Mahindra e-Verito is powered by 72V 3-phase AC (Alternate Current) induction motor which develops 40bhp and 91Nm of torque mated to a single speed gearbox. The e-Verito can go a top speed of 86kmph and a full charge takes 8 hours.
