Mahindra To Launch An All-New Electric Vehicle On October 21 In India
Mahindra will be launching its all-new electric vehicle for the Indian market on October 21, 2016. This new electric vehicle is an updated version of its e2o model that has been on offer for a while. The Indian-based manufacturer has christened the new model as the 'e2o Plus'.
e2o Plus by Mahindra will be a more practical offering than its predecessor. Mahindra Electric is expecting to attract new and young buyers for its e2o Plus. Previously, Mahindra e2o was a two-door model, however, the e2o Plus is a four-door version.
Powering the e2o Plus will be the same power unit that does duty in regular e2o model. At all given times the e2o plus will provide 25.5bhp and 53.9Nm of torque. Other details have not been shared by Mahindra Electric and they are keeping it as a secret till launch.
In terms of design, Mahindra Electric will provide its e2o Plus with an all-new front and rear. Overall the e2o Plus will look more like a hatchback than ever before. Expect several new features to also be included within the cabin by Mahindra for better connectivity.
