Mahindra & Mahindra had recently announced the introduction of its DiGiSENSE technology. Now, the Indian manufacturer will offer its latest technology with their Jeeto and Imperio models. The technology on these small commercial vehicles will be offered on select variants.
DiGiSENSE on Imperio will be offered in SC VX and DC VX variants. Jeeto, on the other hand, will get DiGiSENSE only on its X7 16 (BS4) trim. Mahindra will be charging Jeeto at an additional price of Rs. 5,000 and Imperio will cost Rs. 6,000 over the ex-showroom variant prices.
Mahindra is the very first OEM in India to offer cloud-based technology as a platform for small commercial vehicles. DiGiSENSE is aimed at improving efficiency and productivity of Mahindra vehicles. It also is expected to enhance the vehicle ownership experience.
The DiGiSENSE technology offers customers an array of solutions. Small commercial vehicle owners can track their vehicle, route planning, remote engine diagnostics, vehicle breakdown assistance, vehicle use & delivery reports, SMS & Webpage alerts, and Geo Fencing capabilities.
