Jaguar Land Rover Expects Sedans To Be A Hit In Indian Market

sedans
than
the
Land
Rover
SUV's
in
India.
Despite
the
growing
trend
of
SUV's
in
the
market
Jaguar
has
relied
on
sedans
in
the
Indian
market.
Head of Jaguar Land Rover India, Rohit Suri said that sedan sales are expected to surpass the SUV's. This is opposite to the trend worldwide, where most of the sales accounting to Jaguar Land Rover comes from SUV's.
Suri said that traditional sedan base in the market has a strong wave in spite of the growing trends towards SUV's. The recently launched Jaguar XF will be available with a price tag of Rs 49.5 - Rs 62 lakh (Ex-Showroom Delhi).
Jaguar will be also assembling some of its models in India and this can be enhanced when the demand rises in the country.
