Hyundai Motor Wins Five 2015 GOOD DESIGN Awards
Hyundai Motors has won five GOOD DESIGN Awards for its successful application of its design philosophy. The manufacturer received awards for the upcoming models such as IONIQ, Tucson, Elantra, Santa Cruz, and an art installation named 'Sculpture in Motion'.
Winning 5 GOOD DESIGN Awards will strengthen the position of Hyundai Motors as a global automotive design leader, not only for their traditional combustion vehicles, but also their involvement in building eco-friendly vehicles and stunning designs.
Hyundai's upcoming model, IONIQ will be designed around their visual aero concept. IONIQ was developed not only with aesthetics in mind, but also with careful consideration of efficiency, aerodynamics, and functionality. The IONIQ will be revealed on January 14, 2016 in Seoul, Korea.
Also recognized in the GOOD DESIGN Awards is the new Elantra, Tucson, Santa Cruz, and The Sculpture in Motion project forms the look of a living wave, celebrating the fluidic motion as the art to referencing the relationship between movement and car design.
Among the thousands of industrial and graphic design firms and manufacturers being evaluated, Hyundai Motor stood out for its products and design approach.
